  1. New Application button: Register a new application.
  2. Search field: Search for an application by entering its name in the search field.
  3. Status: Shows the current status of the application, indicating whether it is active (enabled) or inactive (disabled).
  4. Name: Shows the application's name.
  5. Protocol: Shows the protocol used by the application.
  6. Access URL: Shows the URL to access the application. 
  7. Category: Shows the categories associated with the applications.
  8. Expand/Shrink button: A '+' button to expand and a '–' button to shrink the application's detailed information.

  1. Edit button: Allow modification of the application's configuration.
  2. Delete button: Delete the application.
  3. Name: Name of the application.
  4. Application Address/FQDN/Hostname: Address of the application. Can be in the form of IP address, FQDN, or Hostname.
  5. Site: The list of sites where the application is published. Only select the sites where it can reach the application's address.
  6. Access URL: The subdomain of your tenant to access the application. By default, will follow the application's name, but it can be customized. Must be unique among all applications.
  7. For example Endpoint: The full URL obtained from combining access URL (subdomain) and the tenant domain. Can be copied to clipboard.
  8. Visible: Control whether the application should be visible in the user portal or not.
    • If toggled on, user can see, click and access the application from user portal.
    • If toggled off, user cannot see and click the application on the user portal, but it can still be accessed by entering the access URL on browser.
  9. Icon Upload button: Upload an icon image from local drive.
  10. Icon Image: Icon for the application. By default, will automatically use favicon if the application use HTTP or HTTPS protocol, otherwise no icon. Can be changed by uploading an icon from local drive.
  11. Protocols: List of available protocols. Choose the correct protocol to access the application.
  12. Protocol-specific configurations: List of configurations specific to a protocol. For more details for each protocol-specific configurations, please refer to these articles:
  13. Category: Select the list of categories to associate with the application.
  14. Policies (Condition and Action): Define the policy to be applied for the application.
    1. Status: Set the status of the policy. Toggle on to enable, toggle off for disable.
    2. Accounts: Define the entities that should be applied to the policy.
    3. Condition: Select the access condition that should apply to the policy from the list of available conditions.
    4. Action: Select the configuration that should apply to the policy for the application based on its protocol from the list of available actions.
