Disable and Delete Application

There may come a time when you need to disable or delete a specific application because it is no longer available or has already been decommissioned. This article serves as a guide on how to disable or delete that specific application.

Prerequisites

  • You need to have admin access to the admin portal. Please check the related KB article below regarding Admin access:

Configuration Steps on Admin Portal

  1. Login to the Admin portal with Admin credentials.
  2. Navigate to Settings > ZTNA > Applications
  3. Click on Applications/Networks/Link/SaaS/Browser Isolation (depends on the type of application you wish to disable or delete).
  4. If you only need to disable the application, you just have to toggle the status button from green to grey. Doing so will make that application inaccessible, either from the User Portal or from the Access URL. 
  5. If you need to delete the application, click the plus sign (+) on the application you want to delete. This will expand the information for that specific application along with showing the Edit and Delete buttons.
     
  6. Click on the "Delete" button and then Click "Ok" on the confirmation pop-up. Another pop-up will inform you that the application has been deleted.
