There's a time where you need to disable or delete the specific application because the application is not available or already decommissioned In order to do that, you need to have admin user to modify application, please check these KB down below about Admin access:
- login to https://portal.safous.com
- Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
- In Application, choose Applications
- If you only need to disabled the application, you only need to toggle the status button from green to grey. Then that application cannot be seen anymore from user portal
- If you need to delete the application, click plus sign (+) on the application, which it it will expand the information for that specific application and click on "Delete" button. It will pop-up confirmation, then click OK. Once finished it will give success notification
- Once delete request finished, it will pop-up another notification of successfully deleting the application
- For network application, the steps also the same to disable and delete, but instead you do it on Settings tab> ZTNA > Application, choose Networks
