Grant Recording Access to User and Group

Safous ZTNA provides recording functionality for several app protocol like RDP, SSH, VNC and Telnet to be played and download from the user portal. In order to do that, you need to have admin user to modify tenant users or groups, please check these KB down below about Admin access:

• Safous Admin Portal

1. login to https://portal.safous.com
2. If you want to set the recording permission per users basis, please follow these:
   1. Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
   2. In Accounts, choose Users
   3. Click plus sign (+) on the user you want assign recording permission, which it it will expand the information for that specific user
      
   4. Once the information of that user being expanded and shown, change the "Recording" toggle button from gray to green
      
      
3. If you want to set the recording permission per group basis, please follow these:
   
   1. Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
   2. In Accounts, choose Groups
   3. Click on plus icon (+) on the right side of the group you add recording permission
      
   4. Once the information of that group being expanded and shown, change the "Recording" toggle button from gray to green
      
      
4. Now every users or groups that has been granted with recording permission can login to user portal, then check whether the recording tab already exist in user portal like screenshot below
