Importing user function is very helpful for adding bulk user instead of one by one, but before you could do that you need to have admin user to configure tenant user, please check these KB down below about Admin access:
- login to https://portal.safous.com
- Go to Settings tab> ZTA
- In Accounts, choose Users
- Click on CSV template to download the template csv document for importing user
- Once the csv file been downloaded, you will get the default format and you need edit that document
- Next you need to import the template csv document to the admin portal
- If you correctly edit and input the value in the template csv document, you will get a confirmation pop-up
- If everything checks up, you just need to click submit button on confirmation pop-up. Then it will shows the result of user import
- You could check all users that you successfully imported in users list
