Modify an Account Group

Navigate to Settings > ZTNA > Accounts > Groups. Click the expand button ("+" sign) to modify existing account group. You will see this page:2024-08-02_06-50
Explanation of the page: 

  1. Expand and Collapse button. 
  2. Edit button. 
  3. Delete button. 
  4. Group Name.
  5. Group Status (enabled or disabled)
  6. Button to enable or disable access to recording data. Default is disabled. 
  7. List of users in the group. 
  8. Field to search users. 

Click the Edit button. You will see this page.

Explanation of the page: 

  1. Edit button. 
  2. Group Name field: Edit the group name here. 
  3. List of Users in the group: Tick to add a user, untick to remove a user.
  4. Provider: "Local" means the user database is in the AppGW. If the user database comes from an external IdP (e.g., AD, LDAP, IIJ ID, Okta), then the provider value will be IdP.
  5. Field to search users.
  6. Save button.
