Trusted Certificate Configuration

This configuration is part of policy configuration access based on device certificate condition. You need to install trusted certificate that signed the device certificate, which usually a CA (certificate authority) certificate.

Before you could do that, please check these KB down below to ensure you have the Admin access and can accessed it:


  1. login to
  2. Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
  3. In Configurations, choose Trusted Certificate
  4. Click on "New Certificate" button
  5. It will expand the form that you need to fill which is only consist of Name, Status and the CA Trusted Certificate
  6. First, input the "Name" field with a unique value and it is mandatory
  7. Second, changed the status for this certificate, by default it will enabled (green)
  8. Lastly you need to input the correct format of CA certificate in this form

  9. Once you've done, just click save
  10. It will give you successful status when the certificate is added
