      Trusted Certificate Configuration

      This configuration is part of the policy that grants access based on device certificate conditions. You need to install the trusted certificate that signed the device certificate, which is usually a CA (Certificate Authority) certificate.

      Before doing so, please review the following KB to ensure you have Admin access and can access it:

       

      1. Login to https://portal.safous.com
      2. Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
      3. In Configurations, choose Trusted Certificate
      4. Click on "New Certificate" button
      5. It will expand the form that you need to fill which is only consist of Name, Status and the CA Trusted Certificate
      6. First, enter a unique value in the "Name" field (this is mandatory)
      7. Second, changed the status for this certificate, by default it will enabled (green)
      8. Lastly you need to input the correct format of CA certificate in this form

      9. Once you're done, just click save
      10. You will receive a success message when the certificate is added
