Disabling and Deleting Existing User

Sometimes there's a time where you need to disable or delete the specific account a to ensure he/she didn't have any access to user portal anymore. In order to do that, you need to have admin user to modify tenant user, please check these KB down below about Admin access:

 

  1. login to https://portal.safous.com
  2. Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
  3. In Accounts, choose Users
  4. If you only need to disabled the user, you only need to toggle the status button from green to grey. Then that user cannot login again to user portal

  5. If you need to delete the user there are two ways:
    1. First option, click plus sign (+) on the user, which it it will expand the information for that specific user and click on "Delete" button. It will pop-up confirmation, then click OK.  Once finished it will give success notification



    2. Second option, by selecting the users check list on the left side and click "Delete" button on top. It will pop-up confirmation, then click OK. It more convenient if you want to delete users in bulk manners
  6. Once delete request finished, it will pop-up another notification of successfully deleting the user
