Disabling and Deleting Existing User

Sometimes there's a situation when you need to disable or delete the specific account to ensure the relevant doesn't have any access to the user portal anymore. To do that, you need to have an admin user to modify the tenant user, please check these KB down below about Admin access:

 

  1. login to https://portal.safous.com
  2. Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
  3. In Accounts, choose Users
  4. If you only need to disable the user, you only need to toggle the status button from green to grey. Then that user cannot login again to the user portal

  5. If you need to delete the user there are two ways:
    1. The first option, click the plus button (+) on the user, which it it will expand the information for that specific user, and click on the "Delete" button. A pop-up window will appear for confirmation, then click OK.  Once finished it will give a success notification


    2. The second option is by selecting the checklist on the left side and click the "Delete" button on top. A pop-up window will appear for confirmation, and then click OK. This method will be more convenient if you want to delete more than one user at the same time.
