Reset User's MFA Enrollment

The function to reset the user's MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) enrollment is needed for admin when the user loses their phone which contains the Authenticator App and/or Phone number that binds to the account to access to the user portal. To do that, you need to have an admin user to modify the tenant user, please check these KB down below about Admin access:

 

  1. login to https://portal.safous.com
  2. Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
  3. In Accounts, choose Users
  4. Click the plus button (+) on the relevant user, which will expand the information for that specific user
  5. Once the information of that user is expanded and shown, there's a "Reset Enrollment" button to resetting user enrollment
  6. When the "Reset Enrollment" button is clicked, a pop-up window for confirmation will appear, and then click "OK"
  7. The reset enrollment request will be processed, and then another pop-up notification window will appear to inform that the MFA enrollment has been successful and the "Enrolled By" status changed to Waiting
