The ability to reset a user's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrollment is essential for administrators when a user loses their phone, which may have the Authenticator App or the phone number linked to their account for accessing the user portal.
- Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
- In Accounts, choose Users
- Select the plus button (+) next to the desired user to reveal their detailed information.
- Once the user's information is expanded, you will see a "Reset Enrollment" button that allows you to reset the user's MFA enrollment.
- Upon clicking the "Reset Enrollment" button, a confirmation pop-up will appear. To proceed, click "OK" in the pop-up window.
- The system will process the reset enrollment request, and a notification pop-up will appear to confirm that the MFA enrollment has been successfully reset. At this point, the "Enrolled By" status will be updated to "Waiting".
