[ZTA] Reset Enrollment

The function to reset the user's MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) enrollment is needed for admin when the user loses their phone which contains the Authenticator App and/or Phone number that binds to the account to access to the user portal

  1. Go to Settings tab> ZTNA
  2. In Accounts, choose Users
  3. Click the plus button (+) on the relevant user, which will expand the information for that specific user
  4. Once the information of that user is expanded and shown, there's a "Reset Enrollment" button to resetting user enrollment
  5. When the "Reset Enrollment" button is clicked, a pop-up window for confirmation will appear, and then click "OK"
  6. The reset enrollment request will be processed, and then another pop-up notification window will appear to inform that the MFA enrollment has been successful and the "Enrolled By" status changed to Waiting
