Requirements
To download and use the agent, you need to ensure the following:
- A user account that has been created by an admin. Please refer to here.
- The user is already enrolled in MFA and can log in properly. Please refer to here.
- A network application that is bound to the user. Please refer to here
Please also note the OS requirements to download and install the agent:
- Android: Android 5 or later.
Agent Installation
- Find "Safous Agent" in Play Store, then install it.
- Once installed, open the app. It will prompt you to enter the tenant domain. Enter the tenant domain, e.g., demo.ztna.safous.com.
- Then, enter your username and password.
- After that, enter the MFA code.
- You will be asked for confirmation to connect using VPN. Click "OK."
- Wait a moment until a "VPN" icon appears at the top of the screen. This indicates that a VPN tunnel has been established.
- Once established, you can connect to any internal app within the subnet defined in the network application.
- It's finished!
